Return & Exchange Policy
At REDBRICK CAPITAL HK LIMITED, we want you to be completely satisfied with your jewelry purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy to ensure a smooth shopping experience.
1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
✔ The item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
✔ The item is returned within 14 days of receiving the order.
✔ The item is not a custom or engraved piece (customized jewelry is non-refundable).
✔ The item has not been damaged by improper use, personal modifications, or external factors.
2. Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
❌ Custom-made or engraved jewelry
❌ Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
❌ Gift cards and promotional items
❌ Items marked as “Final Sale”
3. Return Process
Step 1: Contact Us
- Email us at 1000lirui@gmail.com with the order number, reason for return, and photos of the item (if applicable).
- Our team will review your request and provide a return authorization (RA) number within 1-3 business days.
Step 2: Package Your Return
- Securely package the item with all original tags, packaging, and certificates.
- Clearly write the RA number on the outside of the package.
Step 3: Ship the Item
- Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- Use a trackable shipping service and keep the receipt as proof of return.
Step 4: Refund Processing
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
4. Exchange Process
If you want to exchange an item for a different size or style:
✔ Follow the same steps as the return process.
✔ Let us know which item you would like as a replacement.
✔ If the new item is of a higher price, you will need to pay the difference.
✔ Exchanges will be processed once we receive and verify the returned item.
5. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.
- We will provide a free replacement or full refund.
- We cover the return shipping costs for defective or incorrect items.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
✔ Check your bank account and credit card statement.
✔ Contact your bank or payment provider, as processing times may vary.
